A message to relatives of seniors
We understand that, as friends, family members, and relatives of Seniors, life can often get quite busy. Unfortunately, finding enough time to spend with loved ones is a challenge that many of us face. This is where the AltO app comes in, designed not only for Seniors but also for you, to help you engage socially and provide the necessary support.

Security is key. Be there for the first online meeting
For the first video call with the companion, we encourage relatives of Seniors to be present. This helps ensure a smooth introduction, build trust, and provide an opportunity for everyone to ask questions. It's a great way to start this exciting new journey together
Tips for using AltO to the fullest

About the companions
Our Companions are self-employed individuals, not employees of AltO.cool. You will have access to each Companion's photo and a brief description, allowing you to make informed choices.

Safety & security
Every Companion undergoes a thorough background check before being accepted on the AltO app. When you book a meeting, you will receive a unique booking number on your phone, which the Companion will also receive. Always request this number to confirm the identity of your Companion and ensure you are communicating with the person you booked.

Feedback
Please share your impressions after each meeting. By hitting the “complete” button and providing feedback, you contribute to maintaining a high standard of quality for both Companions and services.
